Kim Jong-Un and Donald Trump are back where they started. Nearly 6 months after Trump's meeting with Kim Jong-Un, he is finding himself nearly where he started as far as getting the nuclear weapons from North Korea. In his annual televised speech, Kim Jong-Un reiterated that international sanctions need to be lifted before North Korea will hand over any weapons, dismantle any missile, or stop producing nuclear material.
