Bradley Cooper and his longtime girlfriend Irina Shayk have put an end to their relationship after four years of dating and two years of parenting together.
Bradley Cooper, 44, and Irina Shayk, 33, began dating on the tails of Cooper’s last relationship, in the spring of 2015. Rumors started spreading of their romance when they were spotted at a showing of Finding Neverland in April. The next month, Cooper and Shayk officially announced their relationship when they were seen kissing in London. For the next year, their romantic affairs were quite low-key, only being seen when they took to the red carpet. When the couple came back into the spotlight, it was under bad circumstances. They had been photographed having a heated argument at the 2016 Wimbledon men’s final in London, featuring an angry-looking Bradley and a misty-eyed Irina. Months passed by without further incident until Irina showed up on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Paris visibly pregnant. Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper was welcomed into the world, along with rumors of engagement and the couple pretty much went back under the radar.
At the beginning of 2019, Irina made a statement talking about how she needed privacy around her relationship and this May, she showed up alone to the Met Gala. At the beginning of this month, a source revealed to Us Weekly that the couple had been in a rough place and “hadn’t been getting along for a while”. Only a day later, the couple made the official announcement that they had broken it off. Currently, the couple is planning to stay friendly and are working on getting shared custody of their daughter, indicating that their relationship ended on a civil note.
