Vampire Diaries actress Nina Dobrev and dancer/actress Julianne Hough are best friend goals. For years the two have been attached to the hip, making everyone envious of their amazing friendship. Through the use of social media, the two have always been very photogenic of their friendship. Yesterday, Dobrev celebrated her 30th birthday and the premiere of her new show Fam.
