Holiday Festivals in the Area

Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, Old Time Christmas

Looking for something to do in the area? Maybe you want something fun for the family or just something to get you out of the house, or maybe you want to get into the holiday spirit. Well here are some holiday festivals going on in the area!

There are plenty of festivals that you could attend this month. In Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the Wood’s Services is hosting Winter Wonderland at Woods on Friday, December 6th (4-8 pm) and Saturday, December 7th (10-2 pm). The event is a free indoor/outdoor family-friendly event. Local artisans selling crafts, food trucks, holiday music, carolers, face painting, games, crafts, pictures with characters, and a chance to visit Santa will all be provided at the festival. Their annual secret Santa program will ensure that every child leaves with a gift. Donations are also welcome and greatly appreciated.

If you are more into crafts, then the WWP Holiday Craft Show is perfect for you! All the crafts showcased and sold are handcrafted, with over 225 tables included. The craft show has been going strong for over 25 years and so many people always come out to support the event. If you are interested in the event, it is only $1 for admission, but all of the items have to be bought separately. WWWP High School South is holding the event.

Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm is having its 29th Annual Old Time Christmas December 7-December 15, 2019, 3:00 PM-7:00 PM. Admission is $10 per adult and $5 per child (ages 3-12). The Quiet Valley Annual Old Time Christmas event is about promoting heritage and family traditions. A lantern-lit tour of the 19th-century farm, tasty hot chocolate, and cookies are all included in the event. Quiet Valley strongly encourages you to come, make memories, have fun, and make their Old Time Christmas a new tradition in your family!

For a more local event, the First Annual Riegelsville Christmas Tree Lighting is being held on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 4:30-5:30 PM. Stop by the Riegelsville Inn to see the beautiful tree and share Christmas traditions with family and friends! Hot chocolate and appetizers will be served at the inn. The Riegelsville Inn team hopes to see you and your family there for a fun-filled night!

There are many fun holiday events to add to your calendar this year! Add new traditions and make memories with your family and friends, and most importantly, have fun! Support your community and locals in coming to the events.
