PEOPLE News has confirmed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a fourth child through surrogacy. Kim really loves to be a mother, and has been wanting a fourth child since the day after her youngest daughter Chicago was born. Due to complications in her previous pregnancies she decided to go with the surrogacy route again. It is believed that she has decided to use the same surrogate that she used for her daughter Chicago.
