There are so many things to do in the summer, even with Covid-19 being a worry!
Take a quick trip to the beach! Belmar in New Jersey is only around one hour and forty-five minutes from here. There are plenty of other beaches as well, such as Spring Lake or Island Beach State Park!
Take a lake day! Nockamixon State Park is a quick trip, whether you enjoy paddle boarding, boating, enjoying a walk, or watching the sunrise/sunset, it is always a great option! Having a nice picnic or barbecue at home or the lake is another great idea to spend time outside in the warm weather.
Just about forty-five minutes north there is a drive-in theater called Shankweiler's. While there, you will have to comply with Covid-19 regulations, but what an awesome and unique experience!
How about tubing down the Delaware River? There are different length trips you can take, and it is a great way to talk and hangout with friends and family!
Walking around New Hope, Doylestown or Bethlehem and going to dinner is always a great option to get dressed up and take fun pictures! Peddler’s Village is also a cute place to visit, with lots of shops and restaurants.
Don’t forget to stay safe and protect yourself from Covid-19 while doing all of these fun activities this summer! See you for the 2021/22 school year! Have a great summer!
