With yet another Steelers win, the team now has a streak of 11-0. Although the performance was quite sloppy and disorganized, Pittsburgh was able to pull through and defeat their rivals, the Baltimore Ravens. In the first quarter of the game, Baltimore started off with a fumble, within the first two minutes, which was recovered by Pittsburgh. Many other surprises came from the first quarter, including a moment where Pittsburgh was attempting to throw a pass into the end zone, but quarterback Ben Roethlisberger struggled to find an open teammate to complete the catch. Roethlisberger, being forced to throw into the end zone, allowed for an interception by Baltimore. Further into the first quarter, Pittsburgh intercepted a throw from Baltimore, and ran the ball into the end zone, landing the Steelers with their first touchdown of the game. Kicker Chris Boswell was unable to kick a field goal though, keeping the game at a score of 6-0.

Throughout the entire game, Baltimore struggled within their offense, especially without quarterback Lamar Jackson. With 2:58 left in the game, Baltimore scored a 70-yard touchdown, which brought them up to 14 points. In the fourth quarter, Roethlisberger threw 266 yards to JuJu Smith, giving the Steelers another touchdown.
With these new developments in the game, the score was 19-14, with Pittsburgh leading. Although the game was very disorganized and sloppy for both teams, the Steelers were able to pull through with about 70% of their passes, thanks to Ben Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger also had a season high of 51 passes, for a total of 266 yards. In all, six passes were thrown to rookie wide receiver Chase Claypool, eight to Diontae Johnson, and seven to Eric Ebron.
Throughout the game, T.J. Watt led Pittsburgh’s win with seven tackles and three sacks. However, the Ravens couldn’t seem to sack Roethlisberger, one of the biggest components contributing to their loss. The game ended with another Pittsburgh win of 19-14, giving the Ravens a streak of 6-5.
