Last night was a heated & action packed night of NBA games, including an aggressive confrontation between Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat & T.J. Warren of the Indiana Pacers, and a somewhat bizarre Kemba Walker ejection of the Boston Celtics. There was a surplus of NBA games with 9 matchups, and 18 teams playing. The highlight game of the night had to be between the Houston Rockets, and Atlanta Hawks where James Harden for the Rockets & Trae Young for the hawks both had 40 point triple doubles in a Rockets win. The Final scores for the night start with the Washington Wizards lost 89 to 123 to the Orlando Magic, The San Antonio Spurs had an impressive 129 to 114 win in Boston to defeat the Celtics. The Miami Heat had a commanding 122 to 108 victory in Indiana against the Pacers. The Toronto Raptors & Charlotte Hornets went all the way to overtime where the Raptors proved stronger in a 112 to 110 win. In another close game which ended up concluding with a Nikola Jokic game winning shot for the Denver Nuggets to defeat the Dallas Mavericks, 107 to 106. James Harden & the Houston Rockets were able to get the job done against the young, battle-tested Atlanta Hawks in a 122 to 115 victory. The New Orleans Pelicans pulled off the home victory 123 to 108 against the Chicago Bulls with another big game from Brandon Ingram for the Pelicans. The Utah Jazz easily took care of the struggling New York Knicks at home in a 128 to 104 victory. Lastly the Milwaulkee Bucks & Giannis Antetokounmpo took care of the fighting Golden State Warriors away in a 107-98 victory. The NBA is in full swing with the All Star Game approaching in a month.
