For those new to Palisades High School, portfolio is a major part of every student’s highschool career. Portfolio is a class that is conducted once a month, and involves teaching students about how to get jobs in the future. It also helps with teacher recommendations and helps students plan for life after highschool. The first semester deadline for portfolio are turning in the career research paper and quality piece #1 with rubrics by Thursday, January 9th, at 11:59pm. Failure to turn in these assignments will eliminate your chances of getting an A in this class. If a student may have trouble, naviance can be checked and portfolio mentors have handed out a checklist with instructions and due-dates. In the case that a student missed portfolio, there are instructions on canvas about what was taught and what is expected. Make sure to turn in portfolio work as it helps in the future!
