Currently it is February, which means it is National Self Check month. This month is known as a reminder to take charge in our health every single day. National Self Check month was originally known for preventing chronic conditions. With the increasing rate of people dying at young ages from illnesses, this is a great reminder for everyone. National Self-Check Month is also a great time for families and friends to come together and talk about their health. This is also a great time to go to your local doctor and make sure that you and your loved ones are safe during this uneasy time. With women's reproductive health becoming a main concern around the world. National Self Check Month has saved many lives.
Healthy Eating Tips
Eat a fiber filling diet
Calcium is incredibly important to the function of our bodies
