In Mankato, Minnesota, a dash camera captured a toddler falling out of a moving car in a pink child protective seat on Monday morning. The car seat came tumbling out of the backseat, driver's side) carrying the two-year old. According to FOX News, the baby seat was not strapped to the carseat.
The entire situation was witnessed by Chad Ceddar Mock, another driver on the road. His dash camera captured the incident.
The mother stopped her car and walked back to go collect her child, but child endangerment and child restraint charges are now being pursued by authorities. The toddler suffered no major injuries.
